The Time is NOW to really go after that big hawg you've been waiting for. The waters are warming up at a good rate and the bass are going on a feeding frenzy. It's time to hit them with the all out 1, 2, 3 punch.

Start your mornings early. Enjoy that sunrise on the water and get ready for some great top water action with your Original Fishing Snake™. As the day heats up and the bite starts to slow down, work the depths with a Texas or Carolina rig and let it tease them in that strike zone. The best attack is to rig up 3 rods, one for top water action, one for Texas rig and one for Carolina rig. Chances are you WILL get that lunker of a Bass. Maybe your fishing the Snake Texas-rigged and see a swirl on the surface, all you have to do now is reach for your snake that's set for top water and BANG you haven't missed a beat. Even if you're working the surface, flip that Carolina rig off the back of the boat and let her pop around down there.

Do I need a big bass boat to get the hawg?

No you don't. there are tons of lakes out there that you can't even get a boat into.

One of my favorite ways to fish is to walk the shorelines and flip the snake around. Nothing more exciting than seeing the snake, getting blown up within 5 feet of you and knowing you didn't have to have a 40 thousand dollar boat to do it. Its my opinion shoreline fisherman have a HUGE advantage because they can walk thru the woods to get to some very private lakes that maybe nobody even knows about. Those are the true hidden treasures and probably one of the best bets to shatter a state, or even world record. I have heard of SEVERAL big catches with the Snake and honestly see some state records about to be set, and that goes for more than just large mouth bass, small mouth bass, walleye, pike and even stripers. Beware, the SNAKE is out and it's coming for you. So give the missus a kiss and head to the lake and remember to practice CPR catch, photograph and release. The one you release could be a new record your son or daughter will break in the future.
